We carefully pack every order and aim to deliver it safely to your doorstep. Orders are processed within 2–3 working days, followed by delivery within approximately 6–7 working days, depending on your location. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos and keep the product in its original condition with all packaging and documents.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible defective or incorrect products, provided they are unused and returned with the original packaging, tags, invoice and authenticity certificate. Customised or made-to-order jewellery may not be eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected.

Keep it away from perfumes, chemicals, moisture and water, and avoid wearing it while exercising, cleaning or washing dishes. Store each piece in a dry, airtight pouch and gently polish it with a soft, dry cloth when needed. Silver may naturally tarnish over time, but proper storage and regular gentle cleaning can help maintain its lustre.
